Exploration Projects

The Golden Triangle is home to several historic and operating mines, as well as advanced exploration projects, including:

Eskay Creek (Skeena): Discovered in 1988, the former mine produced 3.3 million ounces of gold and 160 million ounces of silver, and was once the worlds highest-grade gold mine and the fifth-largest silver mine by volume.

Brucejack (Pretivm): This recently producing mine has total gold reserves of 8.7 million ounces which will be produced over an 18 year mine life.
Red Mountain (IDM Mining): 583,700 ounces of gold and 1,655,700 ounces of silver (Measured and Indicated); feasibility completed in 2017
Dolly Varden (Dolly Varden Silver): historic 20 million ounce silver production, currently undergoing resurgence of new exploration with identification of new zones.
