Mr. Allen brings over 20 years of multifaceted work experience in the mineral exploration and development business. His experience has been from grassroots to advancing projects through feasibility studies, construction and operations, in a variety of geological systems and jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Allen brings additional capital markets strength to StrikePoint having raised significant amounts of capital to advance projects. Most notably Mr. Allen was President, CEO and Director of Northern Empire Resources, where he was responsible for identifying, acquiring and advancing the Sterling Project in the Beatty district of South West Nevada. Northern Empire was sold to Coeur Mining at the all-time high of the share price for approximately $120 million. Recently, Mr. Allen was President of Elevation Gold Mining Corporation, Arizona’s largest precious metals producer.

Mr. Santos has significant experience in various senior executive financial roles within the mining industry, including most recently as the CFO for Elevation Gold Mining Corporation, the Interim CFO and VP, Finance of Calibre Mining Corp, the CFO for Northern Empire Resources Corporation, and the Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for Newmarket Gold Inc.
Mr. Henderson is a corporate communications and capital markets professional with a successful track record spanning over two decades. He has worked directly with CEOs on numerous financings on the TSX Venture market and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Prior to his joining Strikepoint, Mr. Henderson has led investor outreach and communications strategies for two exploration companies that have made significant mineral discoveries in Canada: Great Bear Resource’s high-grade gold Dixie project in Red Lake (acquired by Kinross for $1.8 billion) and more recently Kodiak Copper’s MPD copper-gold discovery in BC. Preceding this he worked with Strikepoint CEO Michael Allen in the identification and acquisition of a gold asset in Nevada. With his Canadian Securities Course designation, Mr. Henderson was formerly a securities trader in the Canadian capital markets and holds and undergraduate degree in journalism.
